I am wanting to get into Booz after a few yrs experience in industry. What is the best way to get my resume looked at? I appreciate any advice. |

Here is how you do it:
1) Connect with someone (friends, colleages, LinkedIN, etc.) and have them:
a) Enter you as a referral
b) Send you the HR recruiter for the particular group you are interested in joining
2) The web site is only useful to search for junior positions and it is a BLACK HOLE re: resume submissions (don't bother)
