I have an offer from a competitor that would increase my salary by 30%..will Booz counter?
Also, I am in the process for TS..is 30% worth leaving the process? |

I recently left Booz and allowed them to counteroffer. I had an offer for an over 30% raise as well. They said that amount of raise was out of the question. I was within WTB.
