I have an offer from a competitor that would increase my salary by 30%..will Booz counter?
Also, I am in the process for TS..is 30% worth leaving the process? |

Magus' comments are excellent. A couple of other considerations.. if BAH does make a counter offer and you accept, there's always a chance it'll be held over you if you make any mistakes down the road; also, regarding your TS, once you leave you have to start the process all over again.
Bottom line, if you like BAH, Stay; if not, Go. The counteroffer route is a tricky one.
