My recuiter / HR contact has been great. However, she has failed in settling expectations. Post-second round of interviews, she told me "an offer would be in my hands by the end of the week." The end of the week came and went. After I called her, she mentioned that I would have to come in for round 3 the following week. Now it looks like there will be a 3 week delay due to the holidays, etc. Anyone else have a similar experience?

I joined BAH last week. My experience with the recruiters was excellent. Maybe I just got lucky by getting the right person. He kept me up to date all the way through. Also, my hiring manager stayed in contact with me throughout the process. I guess, like a lot of things, it matters who you're dealing with.
