2 questions:
1. Is the salary range for a level 4 actually 100-140K? This is what I am hearing......
2. At what level would you become an "executive" with the firm? Level 4 or 5? |

1. I'd put the range for IV's at 110 to 140 + bonus.
2. It depends on what you define as "executive". Level IV's are the first level at which you're considered "leadership" (of a market or team). Level V a leader of multiple market or team leaders. Followed by VP/officer.
