Your 3-4% raises seem awfully low. In my 6.5 years I never got less than 7%. |

I just have to add that BAH was still going as strong. I have seen the 15-20% in the past, but things have changed greatly my friend. I have been here for several years & have seen the numbers drop. Average rates now ~2-6% merit. The staff are hard working, but the only ones who have broken the 2-6% increase are the ones who have active level 4 &5s fighting for them all the way -- very rare. Otherwise, the leadership team just low balls everyone and hopes no one gets emotional during the debriefs.
