There will be no WCB after April 1. There will be functional teams as identified previously and market or domain teams covering Global Goverment Markets, Global Commercial Markets and Global Integrated Markets. The skill sets required for those industry/domain teams will vary by area.
Realistically, to join one of the industry teams in Global Commercial Markets you will ned 3-5 years of line experience in a company typical of the clients we serve plus an MBA with honors from a top 10 school. |

So this would mean 2 tracks in the firm from a hiring perspective - Associates from b-schools for domains/markets and Industry Experts for the functional teams and they would work across domains, correct ?
