Wanted to understand what the career path of some one joining one of these groups would be if one comes in as a Consultant or a Sr.Consultant. After puting in say a couple of years as a Sr.Consultant, will it be possible to move into WCB as an assoicate ?

There will be no WCB after April 1. There will be functional teams as identified previously and market or domain teams covering Global Goverment Markets, Global Commercial Markets and Global Integrated Markets. The skill sets required for those industry/domain teams will vary by area.
Realistically, to join one of the industry teams in Global Commercial Markets you will ned 3-5 years of line experience in a company typical of the clients we serve plus an MBA with honors from a top 10 school.
