And how does this compare to other firms like Bain and McKinsey? I would think that Bain would be similar to BCG in the amount of "pure strat" that is done, but how about McKinsey? |

I don't know for sure. From what I've seen recently, McKinsey has moved pretty far from a positioning as pure strategy. Can't tell you about Bain.
