How does a DOD clearance for a BAH programmer keep a strat firm or a firm like Accenture from entering the systems space of a private company?
Not sure I see the competitive advantage you speak of. |

Our work w/ private energy companies often entails/overlaps with the client's relationship with DOE and other govt entitities, for which clearances are helpful. It's especially important w/ work in aerospace and defense, though.
