they won't revisit your level or salary when you change teams.
level and salary only changes during your annual assessment.
Otherwise, people would be bailing from team to team to get pay and level increase each quarter.
you could ask for a market salary adjustment (MSA) if you've picked up a certification or completed some sort of specialized training. |

If i am on track for promotion..kicking ass as someone else said, and i ask to transfer to a different group after 7 months, and maybe the transition ends at 12 months. Does transferring hurt my chances of promotion in anyway? Someone above said if i think im going to get promoted, wait until after that promotion to ask for a transfer. I am curious if it will hurt me, or will they look at my performance irregardless of changing teams.
