You cannot compare experiences in CB with TB!!! I worked at Accenture before Booz and just left Booz a month ago. I was in TB hoping to do some meaningful work and learn a lot. Instead, I literally felt like a highly paid admin. This is my honest opinion. They take projects that Accenture won't touch with a ten foot pole and then do a mediocre job at it. I can honestly say that I worked with a few people who I felt were as overqualified as I was and they all ended up leaving the firm.
Besides lack of meaningful work, the firm is so stovepiped and people backstab left and right. They lie to clients about capabilities to get work and then deliver it by training the people they have in their group to do work that work instead of bringing in the right people. Don't get me started on HR and Recruiting. I still have not received a referral bonus for someone who started working on August 16!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As for switching from TB to CB, I have heard that they won't touch you with a ten foot pole. I suggest you apply to CB!!!

i may be wrong but i think the person you refer must work for at least 6 months before you get your bonus. should've stuck around for two more months..
