Hi, I got an offer to join BAH doing technical work (digital signal processing). I am very excited about it.
I'd appreciate it if someone could tell me about the cooperate library at BAH. I will be working in a small branch in NJ. Can I borrow books remotely? If I need published papers (e.g., IEEE transactions or conference papers), can I get electronic copies through the library?
Also, do you know what are the policies and practices at BAH concerning buying technical books for personal use at the job?

Online library is available behind the firewall at training.bah.com. it actually has some good commercial books.
being able to expense technical books is your manager's call.
