I feel like they are clearly trying to fool you! You have a total of 8 years of experience? I would not settle for anything less than associate. Unless you are doing a huge career change, i.e. going from audit to strategy, there is no reason why they are offering you a level 2 position except to save money!!!! |

With 8 years of experience, you should def be coming in as an Associate and should definitely push for that. Certain teams at Booz seem to enjoy low-balling folks
