I spent about two years at each one and here are the pros and cons that I saw:
Booz Allen:
-disorganized
-unprofessional
-low pay
-stovepiped
-excellent work life balance
-great benefits
-more career mobility
Accenture:
-work you to death
-more type "A"
-learn a lot and excellent mgmt experience
-pay does not seem much higher than Booz
My 2 cents.
-great reputation
-too IT centric

I guess both firms are pretty much the same.
