Are you talking about the Partner promotions on the Aerospace and Defense Team that you were discussing on the other thread? How many people run the team? Two new partners (with 1 being African American) would be a 50% promotion rate. |

I'm talking about the huge Defense Team. A&D is a very small part of it.
