Is that the same Defense Team where 50% of the most recent Partner promotes are African-American? And where 100% of the most recent new Partner promotes from the Systems group working with the Defense Team are women? |

Are you talking about the Partner promotions on the Aerospace and Defense Team that you were discussing on the other thread? How many people run the team? Two new partners (with 1 being African American) would be a 50% promotion rate.
