I also think it has to do with the team that you're with. I noticed that the Defense team is very white-dominated, primarily retired military personnel. I think parts of BAH are more diverse than others. |

Is that the same Defense Team where 50% of the most recent Partner promotes are African-American? And where 100% of the most recent new Partner promotes from the Systems group working with the Defense Team are women?
