How often are performance and merit reviews done for L1's? (I've heard 90/120 days for your first one)??? Also, what are reasonable salary increases from them, assuming solid performance?

I think everyone gets a 6 month pulse-check, but don't think their is an increase associates with that. After a year, you have a more formal assessment with an increase.
