$140-180 for a first-year associate is low for a boutique. I have a good friend at Alliant Partners (boutique M&A) that will clear well into the $200's ($250 or so) in his first year. Based on that info, I would hope the BBs pay much more. He works 60 hour weeks and I work 100 hour weeks. |

Has anyone heard what The Street is paying for new associates? I am a 2001 MBA student who will be interviewing for i-banking jobs this fall. Want to know what the base salary is. Any info would be helpful. Thanks.
