I have been offered a position at SBC(now AT&T) today and 1 hour later, Boeing called me to set up a phone interview for next week Monday. Does anyone know how long it usually takes to go from a phone interview to a in-person interview to a job offer? I don't know how long I can stall on the SBC offer before making a decision.

Boeing is extremely slow in the hiring process. I have just gone through it and it has taken me 3 months to finally get an offer. 3 total in person interviews and one phone interview. Good luck
