Ok, so let's have a good example of a company - keeping the focus in the area of NY - that doesn't have YES-man/woman micro-managers and the all too familiar reigning personality... I really doubt anyone will be able to point one out, and if anyone does and still is working at BBG then I'd say there's really something wrong with him/her/whatever... kind of a masochistic trait to see a greener pasture and stay in another place just whining and complaining.
The formula, my dear friends, is simple: U don't like it then go or don't come at all! - there ARE some of us who like what they do, and go on and about trying to make of BBG a better place to be. No one is forcing no one to stay put. If you're going to stay put then at least try to do your jobs in a honorable manner and STOP COMPLAINING!. There are worse scenarios out there than working in BBG, or IBM, or Microsoft, or Google, the NYPD, wherever. You could be OUT of a JOB with no options except relocate to Idaho or stay here and take a really creepy & crappy job because there really isn't anything else available.
Then again this is just my 0.02 certs worth.. yeah, the mafia paid mouse has spoken again. |
