That's what they want you to think. Personalities didn't mesh, culture clashes, production etc...
Fact is, the mopes running Tradebook feel that the product sells itself and they need to get rid of higher salaried employees to offset the dwindling profit margins.
Keep in mind, the lessee of a BBG terminal must pay, month in- month out for two years while the Tradebook rep is essentially an electronic broker vying for continuous business. A book of business that was built and cultivated over the years through relationships.
I recently walked out of that sycophant laden cesspool and life improved drastically - both mentally and monetarily.
Work there a while, and just before certs kick in, they will find a way to terminate you. |

I have worked there for 8 years, got plenty of BIG cert checks, and they never terminated me...
