There seems to be a shroud of complacent in regards to the Bloomberg Pro software vulnerabilities, someone from upper IT management at BBG made references to the fact that the BBG Pro software has no end-user controls or built-in safety features to stop fraudulent data manipulation or false data fabrication. Specifically when it comes down to creating portfolios that the end-user wants to keep track of?
What??s the real scoop?; I heard this during the last Sarbanes & Oxley industry compliance meeting. Straight from the horses mouth.
