I am going for my second round interview next week. I am applying for a position where I get to manage the development of POMS for Hedge Funds. I know the business and am exploring some other interesting opportunities. Can anyone please give me some feedback as to working at BB? I hear some negative things, but wonder if they reward you well for giving up your soul. Any thoughts/comments would be appreciated.
