good for you. 6-1/2 years ago was a different time and atmosphere for the company. Don't think you can get away with it again in this day and age. |

2 People in my department just had leave during the past year. Both got 2 Weeks paid leave. No problem whatsoever. Funny thing, one of them requested a Week and HR said OK, but normally 2 Weeks is the common place, so he took 2 Weeks.
