Has anyone ever tried to fill out an HR ticket and complain about a manager or a co-worker??? Do you think there is any confidentiality to your requests or complaints you're gravely mistaken. The first thing those weasels from HR do when you have an issue, is to contact your manager and provide him/her with the copy of the HR ticket. We all know they don't have the interest of the employees at heart. It's almost funny when you you're trying to complain to HR and and up talking to your brilliant manager few hours later to discuss what's paining you....daaahhhh. |

so how else do you see this process going...? (not that it's really good as it is, but i'm curious how you would handle sensitive hr issues like this)
