Bloomberg is all knowing and all wise and what we do in HR is always correct. Our owner is the mayor who OWNS the city and who IS NEW YORK. we can do whatever we want. But don't worry, we'll always give you a nice smile whether we performance plan you or manage you out!! WE AT HR GIVE EMPLOYEES GET WHAT THEY TRULY DESERVE. |

hr tends to be young, inexperienced. they aren't aware of the law, and tend to believe what they're told. whoever is hiring them doesn't seem to take it seriously as a profession. be wary in dealings with hr. there was a capable, honest, candid woman there, but she left about 18 months ago.
