The people I know in HR are so afraid of losing their jobs, they wouldn't stand up for you in a second. Once they know management doesn't like you, you're done. HR is nothing more than an enforcer of management's desires. They are not objective, and favor management without exception. I have known several employees who turned to HR for help in dire situations and were obviously in the right, but to no avail. Expect a reply from Bloomberg Rules (Bloomberg Ruse) shortly. |

HR works for the COMPANY(!), end of story. HR does NOT work for YOU (you do NOT pay HR). If the company says to make the life of the workers better, HR will do that. If it says something else, HR does that. This is a fact of life at ANY company that has an HR.
Bottom line, direct your comments to/about top "management", they are the ones forming the path that BLP is taking.
