The people I know in HR are so afraid of losing their jobs, they wouldn't stand up for you in a second. Once they know management doesn't like you, you're done. HR is nothing more than an enforcer of management's desires. They are not objective, and favor management without exception. I have known several employees who turned to HR for help in dire situations and were obviously in the right, but to no avail. Expect a reply from Bloomberg Rules (Bloomberg Ruse) shortly. |

You are wrong my friend. This is my 49th year with Bloomberg. I know that HR is not perfect but obviously thet are doing a great job. This is the greatest HR of the Universe. This is my 71st year with Bloomberg and HR people provided the geratest help during all those years.
