I haven't seen anyone saying HR treated me equally in this case .
They do whatever the managers ask them to do.
HR has to be Objective.

The people I know in HR are so afraid of losing their jobs, they wouldn't stand up for you in a second. Once they know management doesn't like you, you're done. HR is nothing more than an enforcer of management's desires. They are not objective, and favor management without exception. I have known several employees who turned to HR for help in dire situations and were obviously in the right, but to no avail. Expect a reply from Bloomberg Rules (Bloomberg Ruse) shortly.
