Religious harrassment is the same as sexual, gender, racial, etc harrassment.
If you have some proof for your case, I advise talking to a lawyer. Even if you can't take it further, you will feel you have done everything you can.
If you live in the US, you can also lodge a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission or a state-level agency that oversees these matters. At least it will be investigated.
You have the right to a workplace free of religious discrimination or a workplace where management takes these issues seriously and addresses them.
