Does anyone here at Bloomberg get discriminated, whether its Racial, health reasons, or even pay? Sales Manager is making life misery, causing so much stress, has so much time to extract little things and makes a big issue.. feel i am being picked on. I know this is the practice that Bloomberg has adopted to make people resign from their job. Is there anything that can be done, why can this company be like a normal company and give a payout if they no longer require someone or replaced with cheaper staff, especially when being loyal to the company for several years.
Why can this company not treat its employees like adults rather than children, and when will the managers learn that they can not continue bullying people. |

Well I had the same problem and all I can say get yourself a small voicerecorder and go in to the meetings with that. Also in the mean time get yourself a good lawyer.
I did that and yes it didnt worth to go to a employement tribunal but I got myself a good pay.
This is their attitude.They like to show your performance bad etc. But trust me when you get the hell out of that horrible company you will be relaxed.Although after only 6 months!!! I got nightmares getting up in the morning and thought will be going to work there!!!
The sales manager and the ex Analytics manager (Trov) which I heard now in sales (hahaha) wonder how is he doing was the racist person and they pick on you if you are strong.Especially coming from a strong market background. Their head Mrs.Taylor was also worst. They work like a mafia over there. Taylor , Trov and THe Sales Manager (name starts with "Z")
Mad and komplex people.They won't be recruited anywhere else.Sold their soul to there.
That company is only good maybe for the people whose just left uni and for 2 years. Trust me mate that is not for adults!!!! What they call is correct in the market to BLP
BIG BROTHER!!!!
Get out of there as soon as you can.
