In Reply To: Does anyone here at Bloomberg get discriminated, whether its Racial, health reasons, or even pay? Sales Manager is making life misery, causing so much stress, has so much time to extract little things and makes a big issue.. feel i am being picked on. I know this is the practice that Bloomberg has adopted to make people resign from their job. Is there anything that can be done, why can this company be like a normal company and give a payout if they no longer require someone or replaced with cheaper staff, especially when being loyal to the company for several years. Why can this company not treat its employees like adults rather than children, and when will the managers learn that they can not continue bullying people.
Message: Discrimination is a big problem at Bloomberg and it's finally coming back to bite them. They've discriminated against older people and ill people. They are also going to get slapped with a lawsuit by women in the news division. Also, name one black male in a major leadership role in the news division?? Stinky Winky likes his leaders in nice white shirts and to be white! If you are being disriminated against, a good attorney to contact is David Mair. Another is Neal Brickman. Also check into Benedict Morelli. People are finally standing up and fighting back. Rest assured, no lawyer is going to file a suit unless he knows the case is worth fighting for. And once you file a bonafide complaint, they have to stop their bad behaviour against you. DON'T BE INTIMIDATED. FIGHT BACK... TEACH THE SOBs THAT THEY ARE NOT ABOVE THE LAW!!! Good luck.
