There are many employees who have been harassed (one had a heart attack in a meeting with HR) who have or who will be shortly instituting suits against Bloomberg for health and/or age discrimination. Several are in the hopper and more are coming. Several employees I know have had to take time off for depression due to harassment. If you are 40 or over, you can file for age discrimination.
