How is bloomberg organized at the top now that Lex has been moved out of the CEO slot.
Is Peter Gauer CEO; sounds like it? Where's Lex now; back in sales? Secunda out of sales and into CIO role? Who do Winkler, Norris, Mazzeo, etc report to now? |

As Peter Grauer himself announced in his videotaped message about a year ago, he is in charge, i.e. Lex, Matt, and Tom now report directly to him. It's well-known that Lex got demoted to salesman, that Grauer became the de-facto CEO, and that as Mike's best friend, Grauer is most likely preparing the company for sale. After all, his background is in private equity (DLJ Equity Partners), which involves getting private companies ready for sale.
As one banker put it, "This is the only company I know of where the CEO reports to the chairman."
