Make sure you check the bank to make sure your paycheck and cert money has been deposited in your account if you have Direct Deposit.
If you get your check in the mail, wait until the checks clear until you hand in your letter of resignation.

also, if you are contributing any part of said certs into your 401k, you might want to wait until the distribution hits your account, so you're not missing out on whatever percentage the company is matching.
