Trust me Jack-a$$ I am an ex employee, not a current one..Ive been off the BB Kool-Aid since April of last year, I was liberated and 8 days later rehired elsewhere from my exit, henceforth the name of my handle .
and ONCE AGAIN , your right! the W2 ,it has come past 1/31 , but by only a few days right again you are.. and it is with this opportunity of being an ex-employee that I will be the 1st to pull the trigger on reporting them for their lateness. As now I can without facing any scrutiny for doing so. I'll let you guys take the heat. I already have the W2 from my new job, so whats BB's classic holdup?
Just cannot report you guys yet, though as there is nothing to micro-manage.
To everyone in every post on this board to each & every single thread poster & replier, My heart goes out to all of you that are all being micro-managed & sweated on just taking it day by day collecting checks. In the end you'll all make the right decisions (job-related). Believe me in other work environments there is not as much misery as there is there at BB. There is happyness elsewhere, alot of us feel frozen because we have decent salaries, and yes I took a small pay-cut on my entry to my new job but not one that Im panhandling on the subways asking for help. I can actually use the Vault.com at work!!! Where as there as I read in another post, "it is a akin to treason if the name VAULT is even mentioned in passing"
(management hates hearing that your there only for a paycheck, surprise so is everyone else!)
Like I said b4, Mr. BB rules i questioned your smugness on your willingness to break the law by saying its ok not to have a W2 by 1/31..because I am all for the company
As far as being company man, we each do what we gotta do to get ahead!!Dont worry about what others may say about you in the end its your paycheck & your income that matter. Friends in the office are optional so are acquaintences. Besides most of my friends while I was at BB in my life dont even work for the company, its people Ive known most of my life outside of work. Enjoy life, thats all I ask.
And those phones will be dialing if your late..CMON SHOW ME YOUR ballz BB!! BE late with the W2!!

Everyone will/has broken the law to some extent. I mean, have YOU EVER embellished about a write off etc..??? I guess I just dont have the time, or maybe HATRED, in my life to worry about the LITTLE things. Like I said, I have ALWAYS got my W2 on time, and I bet this year wont be any different.
