in fact i am not even with bbg yet, just interviewing and trying to think ahead.
my guess is that i have quite good cards (but of course one never knows). however, i am looking at bbg also b/c i find it hard to land in an ibank directly. so i am primarily looking for work experience with bbg.

i work in data, and am already thinking ahead how to move out-- i didn't even join that long ago, but i did join for the same reasons as you. my recommendation is if u need work, do it, and move out in 1-2 yrs time max. i do hope the rest of the financial sector will be acceptant of the BB work experience. not sure though.
