okay.. so its an easy job and you can get out 5 if you need to. you get paid to live..but not paid to be rich. Fine. Bldg is nice.. but when all is said and done managers are still up your butt, numbers of how much you do are calculated, people get promoted to Tl or managers who dont deserve it are leading packs of unhappy faces to hell. I have never seen anything like it. Who is looking.. and are you successful? |

...and more importantly: You're not happy.
The BBG organization doesn't care - through the actions/inactions of its managers (and yes, the 'Fearless Leader' is one) they make sure that the divide and conquer tactic which Mike managed successfully, becomes a bitter fight between people who should be working together.
But, then again, the BBG terminal - whether it's wrapped in Citrix or Shiny Metal - is an outdated service and product. The data is great and unsurpassed, but the product as a whole sucks.
The sooner people who work at BBG understand that, the sooner they'll want to get the hell out....
