The case could be of someone buying the company and break it away into its many pieces, then sell them one by one and keep any the buyer may be interested in working with... it has happened before elsewhere. Certain aspects of the BBG operation are atractive for buyer(s) just by themselves. |

The only way they could break up Bloomberg would be the TV / radio side.
