Most of the jobs do not require any skills or education and honetsly high school degree is just enough for almost every job there. So, Bloomberg never wants to pay for a class.
Management has common sense that people take classes to improve their skills and eventually leave Bloomberg.
Before you join, forget about this benefit. |
