If you are being recruited or applying for a Global Technical Support position don't take it.It is a waste of your technical skills.All your skills are used for is dealing with angry customers.
You can't even order a keyboard by yourself. Calls are passed to you all day by clueless ADSK reps. If you have skills, don't waste them here because there is alot more money to be made doing "real" technical work that you'll enjoy much more.
