Got myself a good job, same or better pay (will see when my next bonus comes out), but a ton more self respect and happiness. I've been smiling all the way to the office for 3 months straight!
Leave. Don't agonize. Find something else, and leave. |

Good for you. I respect the h$ll out of you. Instead of sitting and griping you went and got another job. Thats the great thing about our country. You can leave and find something better (if there is anything better) anytime you want.
