Dude, WHY ARE YOU STILL HERE????? Do they have you handcuffed to the desk? I dont get it, if I thought it was as bad as you say then why dont you just quit???? Apparently there are some deep down feeling you have about Bloomberg. Im not a Dr or anything but my advice is to just quit. |

It's very easy for you to say "just leave." Do you know what kind of job market exists today? It is not so easy to find a new slot at a decent salary. There are living expenses, etc. that must be paid. You just can't get up and quit a position without something to fall back on, especially if you have a family, and this could take a long time. In the meantime, people who are being abused have every right to complain. I have been with the company a long time--longer than you--and the only thing that makes Bloomberg change is when the job market is tight and employees exodus. THEN, they start listening to legitimate gripes that permeate the work environment. Just wait till the company is sold. Then you will find out about company loyalty to brainless people like you.
