I agree 100%. Im not saying they dont have problems. But, I have worked for many other companies and Bloomberg is not that bad. The people that are complaining the worst are the ones who have been life long employees and dont know, or dont remember, what its like to work at another company. |

It's not the worst but not the best. If you can bear with it, then just stay. From my own expeiences, I stayed with Bloomberg for too long. It's worth about 2-3 years -- no more than that. Otherwise, your value will be decreasing after that and you'll find it very difficult to get a decent job on the market.
