If Bloomberg is sold I really dont think the company that buys it would make many changes, except for high Management positions. I mean, why would you change a company that is so profitable and cash heavy. Our CEO and Graur said a couple of Weeks ago that they are going to start hiring in every department. Why would they start hiring if they are going to be sold? Bloomberg wont be sold until Mike leaves office and then it could take years to find a potential buyer. |

The case could be of someone buying the company and break it away into its many pieces, then sell them one by one and keep any the buyer may be interested in working with... it has happened before elsewhere. Certain aspects of the BBG operation are atractive for buyer(s) just by themselves.
