the whole philosophy changed. In R&D, there use to be (REAL) in-house training classes to increase your skills and make you more valuable to the Company. And I am not talking about the crap you get when you start. Ever see those or even hear about things like that now? Now its just crank out your piece of code and dont stick your nose any place else (dont learn about other parts or the whole system). Gee, the way its set up, we could be in India, cranking the stuff out. I wonder?!?!?! |

I agree with you. Training s all but gone. They want you to do everything on-line. I do wonder about moving stuff to other countries, as "GLOBAL" as Bloomberg is.
