They make you take a course in ergonomics, they give you palm rests, and comfortable chairs. Its an office job that involves sitting at a desk in front of a computer for hours at a time so its going to be prone to causing RSI. What more can they do to help?!?!? I think that they do plenty to stop employees getting RSI, stop whining.
