I guess the cost savings from the recent layoff of a 25 year company veteran funded the very raises that you are complaining about.
I agree that your increases are laughable and that the executives should be ashamed. But it could be worse... |

Yes, it could always be worse. A family member can get deathly ill, your house can be carried away by floods, you can be robbed and stabbed, your car gets stolen or you can stub your toe on coffee table. Yet all of these examples are external to your work at BE.
At BE it CAN'T get worse. Being laid off or fired would be a blessing to all but maybe 10% of the staff. BE is a joke and it would be better to get canned or quit than continue to work there.
